thank you for tonight’s class… so good to practice awareness of my shoulders and their ability to be spacious…

Know that I won’t be “avoiding” further exploration… I have conflicting plans. Now I just need to keep practicing my standing chatturunga ;-)

you’re welcome, donna =) i’ll post some of the “exercises” on weds… maybe it would be more fun to do your shoulder work with someone else, even if it’s a video. i think it’s these stabilization movements that will help (all of us) be safer with our shoulders. xo
